As a proven leader with the ability to achieve creative results through collaboration and teamwork as well as over 25 years’ experience in manufacturing and operations, I have worked in many challenging positions.

I am comfortable in operations management and fully understand the challenges faced in ensuring an organization is structured and aligned to deliver products optimally. I have extensive experience setting up manufacturing processes and having spent so much time on the shop floor, I relate well to manufacturing personnel.
